Pricing approach
I price based on the scope and complexity of work, not arbitrary hourly rates or rigid packages. The depth of work, number of deliverables, timeline, and how much transformation you're seeking determine scope. A half-day intensive looks different from an eight-week brand overhaul. I’m transparent about what’s possible with different investment levels. If your budget is $5,000, I'll tell you what we can accomplish—and what we can't. If you need comprehensive work with limited resources, we can phase the engagement or start smaller.
